Koska Chocolates from Turkey
Chocolate from different countries have unique flavors. I think it's due to the fact that manufacturers make them with regards to the locals' preference. Being a chocolate lover, I always try to sink my teeth into the Aztecs' masterpiece in all possible flavors.
First stop: Turkey. A colleague who visited Istanbul gave me chocolates from the country. It comes in bite size pieces and she gave me three. I love the design as it promotes Turkey's tourist spots. It's a nice way to get to know the country better.

As much as it is called 'Bitter Chocolate', it was surprisingly lightly sweet for me. Sure I could taste the specific flavor of bitter chocolate, but there is a sweet contrast in it. Such feature is very rare with other bitter chocolates that I've tasted. This variant snaps at bite. I love it when chocolate melts in my mouth. For Koska Dark Chocolate, you have to wait for a few minutes before it melts.

It was nighttime when I ate the chocolates. I didn't expect it to have such a high caffeine content. The result? Ah, I had a hard time counting sheep, which made this experience more unforgettable.
