[Review] Laneige Multiberry Yogurt Peeling Gel

Yogurt is my most favorite comfort food ever! But I never thought that it would also be beneficial for skin care. Here comes Multiberry Yogurt Peeling Gel from Laneige! I got two samples of this: the first one was a sachet given by the sales assistant and the other one came from the  Sleeping Pack gift box I bought three months ago.

I really love the sachet because it came with a pamphlet with Song Hye Kyo's picture on it! I like her so much! She is very beautiful!

Good thing the brochure came with product description and instructions! It practically explained everything about Multiberry Yogurt Peeling Gel.

That on the left side is the sachet.

This product required wet skin on application. This is worth taking note, some brands of peeling gels don't work on the same conditions. So it is very important to read instructions before using any beauty product.

Read on for the directions on using this peeling gel.
Upon opening the product, the dominant smell of milky-strawberry-blueberry-yogurt filled the air. Well, this is a familiar scent to me. It was exactly like my favorite blueberry topped plain yogurt! This one smells like the real thing so do not be tempted to eat it! LOL!

This Multiberry Yogurt Peeling Gel has a creamy consistency. It's color is light pink (so cute!). I immediately felt the tiny beads (Mannan beads as officially described) on my skin. They're so small, I couldn't see them with the naked eye!

Multiberry Yogurt Peeling Gel on my skin
I expected this to be an ordinary facial scrub. However, when I applied it and massaged it on my face, I saw how my skin transformed from dull to bright! Imagine that happening before your very eyes and seeing your amazed expression on the mirror! It was unforgettable! The product also gave me a feeling of comfort. I didn't want to remove it on my face right away; felt like massaging more and more!

I can tell that this is a very very gentle exfoliator. But it does the job! I think it's because of the very tiny beads that cleanses and remove dead layers of skin, as what the product claims. I can say that it's true because when I rinsed it off, I saw how dirty the water was!

The full sized bottle costs PhP1,250 for 120mL. At this volume, I don't think I will buy it. It's such a piece of luxury for skin care. Okay, if the product were packaged as 250mL, I would consider. Maybe in the future, if there will be extra moolah coming my way, then why not? But for now, I'm skimping on what's left of my samples. (^_^)v
