Rain Effect Feels...
Wow~ It has been a crazy week! Rain’s official comeback has taken place in Korea! And my Facebook and Twitter are on fire baby! It’s all about Rain, 30SEXY, LA Song, and Rain Effect!
Since Dec. 31, 2013, Monday, when Rain tweeted again after more than two years, Twitter was set afire with anticipation. Everyone was high for the World Star. I was not able to handle the great flood of information. Argh! It felt as if I were slowly going insane as my brain could not process the deluge of information at once.
Rain released two songs on January 2, 2014 and I like them both. 30SEXY and LA Song have a nice RnB tune and have a heavy bass beat. Basing on the style of the music, Rain didn’t go with the current trend in K-Pop music. He charted his own course and I admire that more.
When I heard the teaser of 30SEXY, I was trembling in excitement. I couldn’t type properly for a while. The beat of the song is catchy and electrifying. Rain is back baby! And the full song? Oh, it’s so good I can’t let go!
LA Song, on the other hand, is a nice and cheery song perfect to perk you up after a long day. And hey, it’s the first time I heard of a K-Pop artist go Latino. Amazing how Rain can pull it off perfectly!
And and and...my Cloud sister Odette bought for me a copy of Rain’s latest album Rain Effect! Oh I’m so thankful that she went to Korea this Christmas and it’s in timing with Rain’s comeback! Oh thank you thank you thank you, God, for making everything in perfect time!
And now, days later…. the hype hasn’t died down. And me? I think my brain is lost somewhere singing ~laaa lalalaaaa lalalalalalalaaaaaa~ Such is the Rain Effect on me. The best of it!
