Cheese Guan Yin: My Favorite Cheese Tea

I’m not really a fan of plain tea itself but milk tea and tea concoctions... I love! Boba wintermelon milk tea is my ultimate favorite! I explore places for milk tea and I’m not stopping just yet. šŸ˜

When I visited Singapore, I found out that the milk tea hype is still alive there. There were so many tea shops. Everywhere I looked, left and right, there was a shop at almost every corner! Woah~ this is my kind of place, man!

So for now, I’m gonna share with you one of my unique tea finds. Boyfie introduced me to Cheese Tea from LiHO. This was something new so I was quite intrigued by it.

The LiHo store in Suntec is an eye candy :D

Presenting Cheese Guan Yin...

Yummy Cheese Guan Yin topped with a heart.
The cheese topping is really cheese. It’s not like rock salt & cheese or cream cheese. It tastes like mild mozzarella. Yay! Melted cheese yummy goodness layered above this beauty...

The cheese topping! :D

For the tea in the drink, they used the Tie Guan Yin (Iron Buddha) tea. Mildly bitter, it has a distinct taste to it. But once it mixes with the cheese, it becomes one yummy concoction. A creamy and indulgent drink! šŸ˜‹

A mixture of cheese and tea: Cheese Guan Yin
