[Review] Ralph Lauren Big Pony 1 (Sporty Fragrance)
Big Pony 1 is part of the Ralph Lauren Big Pony Collection for Women. This is marketed as a sporty fragrance. I got the sample size of 1.5mL from Sample Room. This was actually the third product from my first Sample Room package.
Inside the creative packaging is a small vial of Big Pony 1. I like it because it is handy to bring. It's just too cute!
When I sprayed the product on myself, the first one that I notice is the quick diffusion of the scent. It spreads quickly, unlike other EDTs that takes time for you to smell the notes. One spritz is all I needed!
The scent, as per the official description, is citrusy. Well, I don't smell any orangey notes in this. Or maybe I am limiting myself to sweet orange scents. Yup, Big Pony 1 is not a sweet smelling EDT. It is a rather clean and refreshing scent. It is somewhat close to that of men's perfumes. I guess that is the reason why it is marketed as a sporty fragrance.
On the other hand, what I don't find impressive is the lasting power. With me, it only lasted for 3 hours, as I mentioned in the review I left in the Sample Room website:
So the quest for my kind of Eau de Toilette continues! The Big Pony Collection has 3 more variants, by the way. I hope Big Pony 2, 3, and 4 will also be available in Sample Room soon!
